Jerry Rutledge has been involved in education, mortgage finance, and development for more than 40 years. He is a licensed Residential Mortgage Loan Originator (RMLO) under the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). He was a Mortgage Broker licensed by the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending (SMLD). Jerry also holds a Real Estate Broker license issued by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).

Jerry earned the esteemed “Certified Mortgage Consultant” (CMC) designation from the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB). He has also been awarded the International Real Estate Educators Association “Distinguished Real Estate Instructor” (DREI) designation and the Texas Real Estate Teachers Association “Certified Real Estate Instructor” (CREI) designation.

Jerry is a recognized national guest speaker on the topics of Mortgage Market Update and Legislation, Compliance, Ethics and Fraud. Jerry serves on the Texas Association of Mortgage Brokers (TAMB) Board of Directors and has served on the Texas Association of Realtors, CID, Board of Governors.

Rachel joined Alliance Academy in 2004 and is the author and primary instructor of many of the training courses for Alliance Academy. She also oversees the marketing, website, and online course development. She also holds the Certified Real Estate Instructor (CREI) and Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI) designations. She has taught mortgage and real estate classes approved by SMLD, NMLS, and TREC since 2002 and is a member of the Texas Real Estate Teachers Association (TRETA) and the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA).

Rachel is a licensed Residential Mortgage Loan Originator (RMLO) under the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and was previously licensed a Mortgage Broker by the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending (SMLD). Her background includes positions such as Director of Compliance for a Texas Mortgage Banker, Project Manager for 7 years in mortgage banking software, owner of the first professional contract processing firm in Texas, and mortgage banking and brokering beginning in 2000.

Rachel also holds a Real Estate Sales Agent license issued by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and been operations manager of a team of over 40 agents. She is a Certified Mentor with eXp Realty and holds the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations and works with buyers and sellers in residential real estate. She is also certified with Express Offers to help sellers with an iBuyer experience as well as other homebuying assistance programs.

Additionally, Rachel serves as the Senior Consultant for Alliance Academy Consulting Services. Due to her extensive background, Rachel brings experience in compliance plan development, implementation, pre-audit compliance inspections, and post-audit resolution. She also provides brokerage efficiency evaluations and loan origination software set-up.

Rachel has served as a guest speaker for organizations around Texas in the areas of real estate, safety, compliance, audit preparation, legislative updates, loan efficiency, and loan origination.
